PREGNANCIES AND KITTING
RULES
For cats within the Clans and Unaffiliated:
The mother must be of warrior age or 6 moons for Unaffiliated, unless you have been given consent by a staff member. If the parents are mates, both parents must be in at least three complete threads with each other before they breed. You must have both a staff member and the she-cat's consent for a force-breeding situation. For cats within the Court of Camelot:
The mother must be of age (6 moons). If the parents are mates, both parents must be in at least three complete threads (including a thread where the two have sworn their love for each other in front of the King/Queen) with each other before they breed. You must have both a staff member and the she-cat's consent for a force-breeding situation. Keep in mind, becoming pregnant without taking a mate is highly frowned upon in the Court society.
THE SYSTEM
In order to keep our site as realistic as possible and to emphasize the role of genetics within breedings, we have a system for pregnancies and kits genetics below. The sum of two 6-sided die is used to choose the numbers. When you give us the information on your cat's appearance as well as their grandparents', we create hypothetical genetic codes for your cats in order to predict the genetics of the kits. If you would like to reroll the dice, be it just for pregnancy or for the whole litter, you must purchase a store item.
