NAMING GUIDE
REMEMBER
Before you even look at the guide, take a peek at the Name Claim. You don't want to get your hopes up about a name you can't have.
Prefixes are given to the cat shortly after birth. This means that the prefix is typically describing the cat's appearance in some way, but however, it cannot describe the eyes because the eyes do not open for a week or two. Even so, kittens' eyes are always blue for a certain amount of time after birth. Sometimes prefixes are given in the honor of a relative.
Suffixes are given to a cat when they become a warrior or medicine cat. They can be based on personality, appearance, or talents.
Two-leg, jewel, and ocean themed names are restricted. You may not use the words Sun, Star, or Moon in your cats name due to religious significance.
